Our Fleet

United Helicharters Private Limited (UHPL) owns helicopter assets VT-UHE (Airbus H125) and VT-HEX (Airbus H130 T2), which are duly registered in DGCA India. UHPL retains full ownership of these aircraft assets. UHPL has entered into a Dry Lease Agreement with Pinal Holidays & Aviation Private Limited, under which Pinal Holidays & Aviation Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for the operational and commercial utilization of the helicopters. As per the dry lease structure, the lessee manages operations, regulatory compliance, and commercial activities, while UHPL remains the legal owner of the aircraft. Additionally, both companies share a common director, which facilitates efficient coordination, strategic alignment, and seamless operational tie-up between the asset owner and the operating entity.
